June was a dry month in terms of content creation for my main blogging site. I didn’t publish any new posts; and that’s because I was celebrating one of the most meaningful personal milestones of my life.
Sometimes, life offline deserves the spotlight, and this was one of those times.
Website Performance

Despite the lack of new content, the site held its ground — and even improved — across key performance metrics:
- 474 active users (↑ 12.1%)
- 716 sessions (↑ 27.9%)
- 761 page views (↑ 20.0%)
- 472 new users (↑ 12.6%)
This is the best month so far in 2025 in terms of session growth. It’s reassuring to see that past work — especially the homepage redesign and silo structure — is still yielding results even during inactive months.
It’s a reminder that good SEO and UX can continue working for you even when you’re not actively publishing.
SEO Metrics

Google Search Console (June 1 – 30, 2025)
- Total Clicks: 264 (↑ from 239 in May)
- Total Impressions: 67.4K (no change)
- Average CTR: 0.4% (unchanged)
- Average Position: 17.7 (↓ from 14.8)
There was a modest increase in clicks despite no new content being published, which likely reflects continued strength in some evergreen posts.
The slight drop in average position is something I’ll monitor, but the rise in clicks suggests that user intent alignment is still strong for ranking content.
Revenue in June 2025
AdSense earnings grew slightly:
- June Revenue: $1.10 (↑ from $0.24 in May)
Still small, but steady — and trending in the right direction. The current RPM is very low, but this is expected in early monetization stages.
Major Changes Made
None this month. No new design, structural, or technical changes were implemented.
New Strategies I’m Testing
Following the SEO experiments in May, I’m continuing to monitor the long-term impact of the homepage silo/grid layout. While no new strategies were deployed in June, I did spend time observing:
- Traffic behavior on top-performing posts
- Google AI Overviews’ impact on impressions and CTR
My current focus remains on refining the user journey — especially from the homepage — and evaluating how much of the traffic is getting funnelled into key articles.
This slow data collection phase will inform next steps, especially as I gear up for future content production.
New Beginning: Site Launch
The big highlight of June was launching a new website, a project that had been on the back burner for a while. It’s now live and ready to grow.
I’ll share more details as it starts to take shape, but for now, it feels great to start fresh with a blank canvas.
Final Thoughts
While June lacked content or major updates, the backend numbers tell a different story — one of slow, organic growth, and the staying power of foundational SEO work.
With one new website now launched and the main blog holding steady, I’m looking forward to bringing renewed energy into July.
Onward.
