Kantipur Half-Marathon 2025 – Stopping Was the Win!

I ran this one just a week after One Run 2025, and honestly, I probably shouldn’t have.

The pain in my shins from the previous run hadn’t fully healed, and by the 6 KM mark, I knew I was pushing it. At 10 KM, the pain in my knees and feet became unbearable, and I made the tough call to stop. It wasn’t worth risking an injury that could keep me from running altogether.

Sometimes, not finishing is smarter than forcing your way through.

Lesson learned: recovery matters more than back-to-back medals.
