running.

Somewhere along the way I let it all go — the running, the routine, my own health. I stopped caring, and it showed. This page is where I start again.

I'll be slow. Some days I'll barely be running. But the plan this time is simple: never stop.

Not numbers I'm proud of. That's exactly why they're here — written down on September 29, 2026, so there's something honest to measure against.

    kathmandu marathon, 2026

My 3rd Kathmandu Marathon — the half marathon again, on Saturday, October 10, 2026.

It's the first start line since deciding to start over. I'm not chasing a time — whatever the watch says at the end, crossing the finish is the whole point.

The medals from the earlier ones are hanging on the wall below — proof I've done this before.

5 medals since 2024, from the days I kept showing up. They hang here as a reminder: I've done this before, and I can do it again.

    2,027km

The biggest number I've ever put on running — about 5.6 km a day, every day of the year. The clock starts on 1 January 2027. Until then, the only job is getting the legs used to running again.

Every run I've logged, the lazy stretches included. The empty squares are the part I'm not proud of — filling them in, one slow run at a time, is the whole plan.
